An appointment with Orange Coast Clean includes a full walk though of the area with an explanation of what we will be doing which includes, a deep vacuum, pre treatment of spots, a deep clean of the areas needed and a speed dry with our air movers. Orange Coast Clean does NOT move any heavy furniture. Smaller items can be moved for an additional fee.

Orange Coast Clean stands behind all of its work- all work comes with a 30-Day guarantee, giving you time to report any deficiencies that may arise. If it is a cleaning concern, the area(s) will be recleaned. If anything is damaged, it will be repaired. Here at Orange Coast Clean, we know that your time is valuable, so we are conscious of that while we are in your home. The average cleaning takes between 2-3 hours, that being said we always guarantee a minimum of 1 hour per home to be able to complete a proper pre-inspection, cleaning and post inspection. If you have more than 4 areas done, please allow for more time. 

Prior to our arrival, we ask that you move any breakables safely out of the cleaning area, and then do a thorough vacuum of the areas. 

We do strongly recommend that you are present for your cleaning services. We do a Pre-Inspection walkthrough upon arrival which provides the Technician with valuable information about your needs and expectations. We verify the areas to be cleaned, qualify job requirements (ie. stains requiring special attention), note any pre-existing damages and explain the Orange Coast Clean process. During the cleaning, the Technician may need to speak with you if any questions arise. At the end, the Technician completes a Post-Inspection with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the results. Once the service is complete we need someone present to provide payment.

We have a one hour arrival window. You also receive a email and text notification when you schedule and when your technetium is on the way. 

Average carpet dry time is three hours. Average drying time for upholstery is 2-4 hours. Drying times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as the type and weave of your carpet, type of equipment required to properly complete your cleaning, specialty spot removal, the application of carpet protector, and the air temperature and air circulation in your home. It is best to ask your technician for an estimate at the time of your cleaning.

The weather outside does not effect our ability to clean your carpets or your drying time, so you needn’t worry about cleaning on a cold or rainy day. Our equipment is designed to clean effectively in the hot or cold weather.

We recommend cleaning every 6-12 months; depending on the level of traffic in your home to keep it healthy and looking clean.  Most people don’t realize how important professional carpet cleaning is, but did you know that small bugs can live in your carpet? Even our skin flakes can become embedded in our home carpets. You want your home to be as clean and safe as possible, and that includes your rugs and carpets. Vacuuming is simply not enough. You need a deep professional clean with the proper equipment and cleaning tools. Your carpet collects dirt and germs from things that touch it- like shoes, toys, boxes, dirty clothes, and other things. Contaminants are also deposited in your carpets from the air. Without a complete carpet cleaning, it can cause permanent damage to your carpet, dull the appearance, and make your carpet wear out faster. But most importantly, your health could be at risk from the contaminants resting in your carpets if you don’t do regular professional carpet cleaning.

Yes. We use a portable unit instead of the truck-mounted unit so our technician will need access to an electrical outlet, a water source (water tap) and a disposal area.

Yes! We can clean rugs in home, if your rugs need a deeper clean we can take them and service them in our rug facility.

We had an emergency while out of town and Orange Coast Carpet Care took care of us. Over Thanksgiving our daughters room flooded with a big rain storm. We came home to soaking wet carpet and mold on the furniture had already started to show up. OCCC had some good reviews so I thought I’d try them out, So glad I did!!!

They came over with fans immediately, advised us to dispose of the carpet pad and sprayed their commercial mold killer.

A few days later everything seems dry so I called them back to reinstall the carpet and clean. I thought it was fine, but their experience said otherwise. They removed a section of drywall by the baseboard to discover mold on the backside of the wall.

We’re so glad we had them come, they were truly looking out for my family, especially since that was our daughters room.

Once drywall was replaced and complete they sent Logan over to reinstall the carpet and clean. I had to leave for awhile while he was cleaning and I totally trusted him in our home unaccompanied. When I returned home I was surprised he also cleaned the hallway carpet.
