What does an Orange Coast Clean Technician do? We love our field techs, and we want to be sure that they are capable of the following:
Responsible for carpet cleaning in residential homes and commercial properties.
Responsible for being friendly, safe, and efficient in manner while in clients’ homes.
Orange Coast Clean team members must have a keen eye for safety and are detail oriented.
Effectively communicate with Clients and Manager.
Evaluate each job site to make appropriate treatment recommendations.
Operate light to medium sized cleaning equipment.
Perform challenging physical tasks throughout entire shift.
Manage workload while maintaining your appointment schedule.
Update Client and Manager of any schedule changes.
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Must be able to safely lift 50-75lbs.
Great attitude & cheerful disposition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and follow through.
Effective time management.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to perform challenging physical tasks during entire shift.
